Personal Training and Fitness Coaching Programs

Watch this space, as they say! I am in the process of creating new coaching programs with the focus on setting you up for long-term success. (Tip: Put Fitness Fridays on your calendar!)

My new programs will include:

  • Goal-setting and coaching to build good fitness habits.
  • A complete “before” fitness assessment.
  • Hands-on teaching and feedback for correct, safe technique.
  • Workouts to build strength, mobility, muscle, and endurance.
  • Programs to suite your schedule, equipment, and preferences.
  • Exercises with simple equipment you can use on your own.
  • Bodyweight-only exercises you can do anywhere.
  • Strategies for incorporating physical activity into your daily life.
  • Nutrition coaching for good health and fat loss.
  • Regular in-person or online coaching sessions.
  • Support between sessions via text, email, or phone.

Optionally, we might also work with:

  • Mindful movement and body awareness.
  • Stress reduction and basic meditation techniques.
  • Journaling to explore your goals, and find what drives you.
  • Developing qualities specific to your sport or activity.
