- Exercises with simple equipment you can use on your own.
- Bodyweight-only exercises you can do anywhere.
- Strategies for incorporating physical activity into your daily life.
- Nutrition coaching for good health and fat loss.
- Regular in-person or online coaching sessions.
- Support between sessions via text, email, or phone.

- Stress reduction and basic meditation techniques.
- Journaling to explore your goals, and find what drives you.
