Books & Audiobooks

Here are some books the people participating in our programs might find inspiring or useful.

A practical note: I strongly recommend buying the unabridged audio book version in many cases. With audio books you can listen while you walk or run, as you work out at home or the gym, while you are tending your garden, or when you are stuck in traffic. It’s also easier to go back and listen again to reinforce the learning, when you likely would not sit down and re-read the book. Of course some books are better suited to browsing, or you might want to make notes in margins and keep them around for future reference. In those cases the printed version would be more appropriate.
